About Us
Dadeland Cove is a community of 296 townhomes organized as a homeowner association located near downtown Dadeland neighboring the cities of Kendall and Pinecrest; just off of US-1 and the 826 (Palmetto Expressway) adjacent to the Williamson Cadillac dealership. Dadeland Cove is minutes away from the Dadeland Mall and Dadeland South Metrorail Station.
Dadeland Cove Homeowner’s Association was established in 1986. Currently, the association has their own Board of Director members whom are volunteer homeowners nominated and elected in the yearly Annual Meetings.
